Rutland Regional Emergency Communications Center (RRECC) proposes to build a 160-foot Self-Supported Steel Lattice Communications Tower to serve as a broadcast location for the regional public safety communications system. The Site location is near the intersection of Gardner Road and New Templeton Road at 21 Gardner Road in Hubbardston, Massachusetts, shown in Town Assessor’s records as Map 5, Lot 134, Latitude 42 degrees 28 minutes 58.9 seconds North, Longitude 72 degrees 1 minute 3.2 seconds West.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) notification number is 240875.
